I came across this group and see there are only two! The owner and then there is me! I love the Daniel Plan and the wisdom thereof ! Please let us get this going! Victory is ours for the taking! I know there must be more Daniel Pals out there!!! Come on!

    Hello I will be starting the daniel fast next month, and right now I'm doing low carb woe and I want to keep doing that. anyone in here go on the Daniel fast doing low carb?

    Hello The New Lady!!! YES I do carb control as much as possible lol! The Danial Plan is amazing! You have the book right? I go to that book so often for encouragement and just learning and remembering as much as I can about it! I would also like to friend you so I will send a request! Thx, Beneita :)
