Well done, @jmd543. I lost 1.3 kg this week. I also did more cardio this week, and I wonder if that helped. Just 3kg to go until I reach my next mini-goal of 90kg.0

Down 1.5 pounds this week. Starting today this week is going to be tough...I'm going out to eat for my sister's anniversary tonight, out to a movie Friday (which means popcorn, and I'm not going to give it up, just eat less!), and then out for lunch Saturday. I won't be able to get in two of my workouts because of when things fall, but I'm trying to do my best to stay on top of things...I stuck closely to my calorie goals the past couple days, and have skipped my caramel mocha from mcdonalds that I normally allow once a week. Here's hoping I don't have to report a bump UP next week!0

Looks like it was a good week for everyone so far.
Sounds like you are planning for your week @ewoksrule3 and that's all you can do. Just enjoy your events and stay on track for as many 'in-between' meals that you can.0
