    Past few days have been good cardio/exercise days but my diet was bad. Not that I ate junk but I didn't eat enough. My fiancé wasn't in town and I don't cook so you fellas know how that goes. Melissa, that kabob shop recommendation was perfect last night. Thanks!

    I haven't really been getting any decent exercise in (aside from occasional short walks), but I've managed to maintain good eating habits and slowly but surely I'm losing a little weight here & there and closing in on my goal.

    I've got friends coming over this weekend for our fantasy football draft so I know that'll be a set back, but I'm planning on using Labor Day to get myself started on an exercise routine.
