I'm sorry, I keep forgetting which days to post where in different groups. I missed week 5 here, although I did weigh myself, so I'll add it below week 6, even if it's not counted in week 5 success. This time, I'll go ahead and add my week 6 weight instead of waiting for Sunday.

    I went on holidays for a week and failed to log and failed to eat well...so I have gained...and today is Day 1 of logging all over again

    Had a bad couple of weeks. The above chart is made off of what I weighed on Thursday each week.

    It looks a little better on the other chart I have where weeks are Mon - Sun and I use the average weight of all my weigh in's for the week. In that chart, I only have 2 weeks showing a total gain of 1.65 lbs (0.1 lb one week & 1.55 lbs the next) which looks a bit better than the 1.9 lbs that only using Thursday's weigh in's shows.
    However, I have gotten back on track and even saw a new scale low this morning. I'm hoping I will be able to stay on track while I'm sick. That's my biggest fear. I have Bronchitis so I can't workout, which means I don't have as high of a calorie allowance as normal. I was told this could last a couple weeks (boo) and that working out is a no-no (boo).
