We haven't had a food oriented one in awhile. So today we are gonna get healthy!

I had spinach; onions and potatoes and soya prawns ; all in fairly small portions but it was good0

Had for breakfast a egg,turkey bacon,pepper jack cheese,light country crock butter sandwich,for lunch I had ground chicken gumbo with rice,and I am having the same thing for diner that I had for lunch and do not worry the gumbo is not bad it was made with crushed tomatoes the whole thing is only 322 cals that's with 1/2 cup of rice and 1 cup of gumbo if people do not like okra though they would not like it but I love it.0

I'm about to make a smoothie for dinner: 2 cups of spinach, 1 cup of frozen mixed fruit, 1 banana, some ice and Splenda...Happy Monday, everyone!0
