I went to store and bought some ingredients to make a personal sized low carb Meatza. I wanted something simple, tasty and fast.
DittoDan's Meatza
Serving Size: 1
Ingredients:
1/4 cup Rao's Homemade Marinara Sauce
1 oz. Red Bell Peppers
1/2 cup (2 oz) Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 cup Jimmy Dean Fully Cooked Pork Sausage Crumbles
1 oz (14 slices) Hormel Pepperoni Slices
Pizza seasonings or Italian herbs, or your favorite seasonings
Parchment paper
On a oven safe pan or plate, put a layer or Parchment paper down.
Take the pepperoni slices and arrange them like this:
Then add the sausage:
Then spread evenly the marinara sauce, the bell peppers, seasonings and cheese:
I put mine in the microwave for a minute, then the oven to broil melt the cheese. Or you could bake it at 350. No matter how you heat it, do it until the cheese melts and/or turns brown and bubbly. All the ingredients are fully cooked before heating.
Here is the finished product (I added the jalepeno slices later. I had forgot them):
Hear are the macros:
Variations: Add your own favorite low carb veggies, mushrooms, meats etc.
Enjoy,

This looks delicious, by the way!0

Looks great for a quick meal, although no microwaves allowed at the cabin, LOL! I've been making a full size crust molded from browned ground meat and cheese, adding toppings, and throwing the pie on the grill to bake.0

I too make a ground beef crust, then add the toppings, but I have also done quickie pizza bites in the oven, try to avoid the microwave myself. Any Keto pizza is good!0
