Hi! I'm 36 in a few days. Have bub #4 due on Feb 2nd! Been feeling a lack of motivation due to tiredness/nausea, so looking for support/motivation.

Ugh, I thought the morning sickness was ending. No such luck. Ugh! I am so over this.

I think morning sickness is coming to an end, finally, at 11 weeks. I went a few days without getting sick, then a few days only getting sick once in twice in the afternoon/evening. I have had so much more energy. I have been working out again and eating less carbs.

Hello everyone! I'm 34 and pregnant with baby #5 due at the end of February. I spent the first six months of the year losing 60 lbs. Since I became pregnant I've totally fallen off the wagon. I've gained 13 lbs or so. I could only stomach junk food in the first trimester and was so exhausted I quit exercising. I'm trying to start exercising again but am struggling with food. How do you ladies eat healthy and exercise when you feel blah and nauseous and exhausted?

ArkMom, I am struggling with that, too! At 16 weeks, I still have morning sickness a few days a week. Everytime I think it has gone away, it comes back. I started making soups with chicken and vegetables for lunch. I am trying to crockpot or prep meals when I feel ok to make it easier when I feel to suck to cook dinner. My goal this weekend is to break out the pregnancy workout dvds, hoping that will help fight the fatigue.

I'm 29 and expecting baby #2 Feb 20th. I'd love to connect with any other February Mom's to help support each other through the final weeks of our pregnancies and through the postpartum journey. :-) If you're interested, please feel free to add me! Right now my doctor has instructed me to cut back on my workouts due to my elevated blood pressure, so I'm shooting for 30 minutes of cardio Mon/Wed/Fri and weight lifting Tue/Thu.

Deanna, did you have preeclampsia in you first pregnancy? I had it with my first two so I am being monitored like a hawk this time. My second baby was born at 29 weeks. I am surprised they told you to cut down on exercise. My Dr. told me to exercise for 30 min a day to keep my blood pressure down.

Kelly, I did not have preeclampsia with my first pregnancy. My urine proteins kept at the normal range and my blood work always came back that my liver and kidney's were functioning fine. I think with my daughter at the very end when my blood pressure spiked they were afraid it would lead to it so they just went ahead and signed me up to get induced early. I was just really, REALLY looking forward to NOT dealing with high blood pressure this pregnancy! With my daughter, I had high blood pressure the entire time and they put my on medication. At that time, I was not eating right, I was very overweight and I wasn't exercising. Since my daughter was born I started eating right and exercising regularly and for the past 3 years I didn't have high blood pressure at all!!! I was so proud of myself that for the first 20 weeks of this pregnancy I still didn't have any high blood pressure...then the last visit I did. Blah! The doctor said that if the blood pressure keeps up, then I'll have to get back on meds and rest is the most important thing right now.

How is your pregnancy going this time around? If you had preeclampsia with them and they are monitoring you like a hawk...does that mean you haven't had any signs yet??!! If so, that is AWESOME. :-D

I have to see a specialist and have ultrasounds every four weeks, plus see my regular Dr. Every 4 weeks. I go 2 weeks without seeing anyone. At 30 weeks, it switches to weekly. So far, I am staying healthy. Hopefully it stays that way! I didn't have high blood pressure until the end. I was retaining A LOT of water, like could barely see when I woke up. They actually took both kids because of my liver failing (HELLP). With my baby that was born at 29 weeks, I started to show signs between 26-27 weeks.
