I went to Costco yesterday, and I had to replace my card because it was demagnetized and wouldn't work at the gas pumps. I gave my card to the woman in customer service, and she looked at it, gave me kind of a side glance, and said, "Um.. is this you?". I said yes, and she said "OMG I can't believe it, you lost so much weight, you look like a different person! We have to get you a new picture!" She was so excited for me, it was hilarious.
