The Labor Day challenge spreadsheet ended Saturday 9/12/15, so the new Christmas challenge spreadsheet starts on Sunday 9/13/15.
You can enter your weight on the day of your normal weigh-in. Just find the date range on the spreadsheet that corresponds with your particular weigh-in day and enter your weight in that column.

Some folks have had trouble entering info on the spreadsheet.
Make sure you have google sheets app downloaded to your device.
(It's too hard to use my Android tablet for this so I use my ProBook laptop to access the spreadsheet.)
If you are still having trouble, use a desktop/laptop computer, log into the MFP website and try clicking the link.
If those don't work, leave your info on this thread and someone will enter it for you.
For those who are new to MFP or to this type challenge here is an explanation of some of the spreadsheet column headings:
MFP SW - your weight when you first started using MFP. (MFP Starting Weight)
Starting Weight - your weight at the beginning of this challenge
Challenge Target - the weight you are aiming for at the end of this challenge
UGW - the weight you would like to be at the very end of your weight-loss journey - (Ultimate Goal Weight).

Your info has been added to the spreadsheet except for the SW. The Challenge SW Spreadsheet begins Sept 13-19th, so post your updated weight during that week.

Scroll down the spreadsheet until you see the very last name. In the blank space under the very last name, enter your name and other info in the appropriate columns.
If you are using a device, such as a tablet or phone, please read the 1st post of this thread for possible fixes.
If you are still having problems after following the directions above, post your info in this thread and it will get entered into the spreadsheet.

I'm having trouble using the spreadsheet. I have the app and I'm able to edit it, but I can't see the column headers when I scroll down to my name. So I'm just making educated guesses on what columns I'm supposed to be filling in... Can you fix my entries for me? My weight this Sunday (or Monday b/c I was out of town w/ no scale) was 164.2. My weight the week before was 166.4.0

Good morning Cycletrak1. I'm having trouble with your spreadsheet - I'm not able to scroll through the lines - I have to use the tab on the right and it jumps several lines at a time so I'm never able to zero in on my line. May I ask you to update my results? I lost 1 lb this week - current weight 181. Thank you.0
