Hi I'm hanna. I'm a divorced mother of two. I'm new to this group but not new to dieting. I've lost over 100 lbs twice before but depression and pregnancies packed it all back on. I lost 130lbs in 2011 and regained it plus 20lbs when I was pregnant with my first son. Then in 2013 I lost 150lbs and thought I'd made a life change and when I got pregnant with my second son I ballooned back up 120lbs. So now I'm at the starting line again hopeful that I can do it once more and make it last this time. Starting over is hard but with the right mentality, patience, and support anyone can do it. I have 142lbs to lose so if there's anyone out there even close to that I'd love to hear about it!

I have a female friend that lost over 120lbs by changing her eating habits to healthier choices, salads, portion control and doing basic in home exercises, squats, crunches and a couple others I believe. She is quite an inspiration. If she can do it, you can too! Hope things are going well for you. Beautiful eyes. Good luck!0
