Welcome to Week 1!
Here's a little summary on how the weeks work:
Every week I will make a new discussion topic for you to post your week's miles, progress, frustrations, to seek advice, etc. Then, there will be a Results post after the week ends. You are required to at least post in one of these each week. Since we start on a Tuesday this time around, the challenges will start Tuesdays and end on Monday nights at midnight. Week 4 will be extended until Wednesday, September 30th.
I HIGHLY recommend that you utilize the weekly boards; it will keep you on track! The requirement for the challenge is to just post weekly in order to be eligible for the prize at the end (I usually draw names randomly). I recommend chiming in more than that though
If you have any additional questions, let me know! Make sure you check to see your goal is up in the other post!

My week one total is 15.22 miles. I biked indoors 3 days for 30 minutes each time. Week two I am shooting for 20 miles! Have a nice day Cait and Barb!0
