Hi everyone I'm new here and just wanted to introduce myself. I have just joined MFP 12 days ago. I have 4 kids 11, 8, 7 and 2 over the years I have added 100 lbs since I got pregnant for my 1st. And I've decided enough is enough I'm going to do something about it!

    I only have the one monster and he is 7 and want to loose abit. Kinda like yourself enough is enough. Using MFP with a few months but only really kicking to touch now.
    I reckon with a little determination we can manage it no probs
