9/17/15 marked one year ago that I embarked on this new and wonderful journey. It has not all been easy but I would not trade it for anything. I am so much healthier and happier. I have more energy than I could every imagine. I still need a lot of encouragement as it pertains to exercise but hopefully I will get on track with that soon.
