    Lost a lot in wk 1, seemed to have slowed down now. Still going on right direction though!
    Finding it easier to feel satisfied with less food. Can't believe how big and heavy my portions used to be.

    Challenge SW: 165.8 - some is water weight, I was 164 a few days prior
    Week 1: 163.8 - lost the water weight and maybe a little bit of actual weight
    Week 2: 163.4 - I increased my running so I might have held on to some water for muscle repair. But I am going to try to be better about weighing absolutely everything to make sure I am in a deficit
