Challenge SW: 165.8 - some is water weight, I was 164 a few days prior
Week 1: 163.8 - lost the water weight and maybe a little bit of actual weight
Week 2: 163.4 - I increased my running so I might have held on to some water for muscle repair. But I am going to try to be better about weighing absolutely everything to make sure I am in a deficit0 -
