Hello everyone! We got up and moved our feet yesterday and today we are gonna work on our arms. Most arm exercises can be done anywhere!
Today's challenge: Do 2 sets of 5 different arm exercises
Try and work out all the muscles! Or you can try out something new! Have fun with it!

New to this group. I need some suggestions, we're temporarily living with my parents and I have no exercise equipment or hand weights. The only non weight arm exercises I can think of are chair dips, push ups. Suggestions?0

did an easy on the knees workout by Tiffany Rothe hit the tris, bis and shoulders as well as the back.0
