done I am actually up to 2 miles this week I am preparing for a 5 k bubble run which I will be walking so I have decided to walk a mile a week and every week increase it buy a mile till I do the bubble run which is october 18 th.Last week I did a mile by the time it comes I should be up to 4 miles with the bubble run at 3 it should be doable by then.0
