    Back up but not surprised after I fell and hurt my foot on Sat. Was finally able to put on a shoe yesterday and get in around 9,000 steps but am feeling it today.

    Hit a plateau for a few weeks. Then last week was good, but I think I got one of those "whoosh" things this week.

    Guess losing 6lbs the first week make my body say "Hey wait a minute!" only down 3/4 lb this week, but I'll take it. =)
