Insanity/P90X3 Hybrid

Not that anyone's interested, but I thought I'd share a hybrid workout that I've been doing off and on since March 2015. Following shoulder surgery (August 2014), my main goal was to improve my pull up numbers. When I started the workout, I could only do assisted pull ups. Now I'm up to 10 unassisted.
Day 1: Insanity Plyo Cardio Circuit
Day 2: P90X3 - The Challenge (8 sets/25 push ups + burnout, 8 sets/10 pull ups + burnout)
Day 3: Insanity Pure Cardio
Day 4: P90X3 - The Challenge (8 sets/25 push ups + burnout, 8 sets/10 pull ups + burnout)
Day 5: Rest
Day 6: P90X3 Yoga and 4.5 mile run
Day 7: Rest or Light Cycling

I'm a great fan of this hybrid, currently I'm doing, p90x insanity hybrid,I also throw in body beast switching chest days and back days with p90x. I love mixing up things. I have great results over the last year and trying to lower my bf to 15%,im stuck on 20/19%. Trying to commit with counting calories with my fitness pal.0
