Syncing Garmin Connect and MFP

Hi all, is there a 'sync' button to force syncing between Garmin Connect and MFP? If not, how long does it take for the info to carry over to MFP?

    Click on "Settings" at the upper right - between your name and the "Follow Us" icons. Select "Apps". Select "Garmin Connect". I've been using it without incident or fuss for a very long time.
