My new motivation- eating clean and workout-induced sweating may have decreased my hot flashes a bit. And drinking more water has to help. If that is what it takes, no problem!0

@jennimben, . I feel you on the hot flashes. Mine have decreased quite a bit from when I first hit 50 now I have those chest flutters. Doctor told me nothing to worry about but I did find that bread brings them on.0

For my second round my motivation is my cousin. She introduced me to the 21 Day Fix and as of this week has lost 50 pounds!!! (24 weeks, start to finish) So I'm pumped and motivated to go the distance.0
