It has taken about a week to understand how foods mix. I often find myself entering a food then deleting it for a better alternative to reach my intake goals everyday. The amount of protein needed 260 grams for me has been a challenge until I realized that powders and Greek yogurt can play an important role in obtaining the levels. This plan really helps with keeping me in touch with how I am eating everyday.
