So, no weight loss, but after a week of celebrating my birthday and a wedding I'm pretty proud I didn't gain from last week and at least maintained. This weeks meals are planned out and I'm ready to see a loss next week0 -

I bounced back this week! I watched my calorie intake. Went to the gym plus outdoor cycling before Thanksgiving dinner here in Canada.
I have not been feeling well all week. Relatives at the Thanksgiving dinner are sick, ppl at work, my dad all sick. I was not able to shake the cold symptoms. So I am forced to take it easy for the next few days.
