All righty Then! it's Tough Mudder week. Final preps under way. Gotta work two days then Get ready to roll.

    just checked the Las Vegas weather forecast Saturday high in the 80's lows in the upper 60's Whoo hoot no rain til Sunday.

    Eating hasn't been the best lately Sigh..

    Are you guys renting a car? If you guys haven't heard of relayrides.com you should check it out, its like airbnb but for cars. Way cheaper than all the chain rentals. Arturo used Relayrides when he was in Vegas for shot show.

    I have 3 restaurant choices, let me know if any of these appeal to you guys.If nothing appeals, let me know I'll come up with somethings else ;)

    Heron - thanks for all the work on looking these up, I like em all See what Jen and Carol think. Carol has a Rental car reserved for us. Just two more working days for me. then a tidy up day around here. Before the travel so rolling right along.

    Thanks for the inputs.

    After many injuries this year I've finally made peace with myself on not trying to push myself to the max and get the "most out of each workout" I concentrated on form and lighter weights and realized that on certain moves I'm actually hyper extending my spine. I folishly thought that since I've been training since 10, I got my form down pat. Nope because with each injury my body tries to compensate thus affecting form. So here's to workouts focusing on form and no more injuries!!

    I used to juice all the time Kevin. Getting ready to do a 5-7 day fast after Vegas. Monday I think. You??
