Here is the template that we will be using once a week to record our weight. Simple, nothing fancy. As an easy marker, I'll post the new discussion on Sunday's but as long as you're weighing in once a week, you'll be fine!

Notes from the week: Examples are struggles you had, victories - scale or non-scale, changes you made.

    Hi all! I have three kids under 5. I run a small business and I'm finally making time to take better care of myself. I want to be a role model for my kids and feel strong for them and for me :) great motivation to have friends with similar goals. Cheers all - to our health!

    I would love to join this group. I just lost my job and want to use this time to get back in shape. Not having enough time is no longer an excuse. My health is my new project. It great having short term goals and sharing the effort with others.

    I love working out...HIIT training, strength training. It's helped me loose some weight....it's making a lifestyle of eating clean and not binging that has hindered my progress.

    Thirteen more pounds to go to reach my first goal. Didn't loose as much this week I think I over did it on the snacking and did not eat enough greens. Will do better this week.

    I'm done to187.4 . I have a little was to go and a lot more improvement but I should get there eventually.
