Stayed the same this week although I am up .08 from my Friday MFP weigh-in. I'm traveling tomorrow thru Sunday, which usually brings on water weight and feels like a sinus cold is coming on. At the moment I feel like I'm floundering, but I'll push through this too!0 -

Just minor blips! As long as your larger trend is downward, it doesn't matter what these individual weigh-ins are. We have weeks to go, after all. And I feel you on the water weight from traveling. It usually helps to give my body a couple of days to recover before I weigh myself (I hate "sticker shock.")
