    I am excited I finally got below 168 which has been a goal for awhile. I started drinking a lot more water. I think it's helping. I also been preparing lunches and trying to have healthier snacks.

    This was a tough week for me because I experienced a lot of stress and a lot of disruptions to my routine, but I'm excited to be down another 1.4 pounds! Definitely feeling like my goal is achievable!

    Challenge SW: 165.8 - some is water weight, I was 164 a few days prior
    Week 1: 163.8 - lost the water weight and maybe a little bit of actual weight
    Week 2: 163.4 - I am going to try to be better about weighing absolutely everything to make sure I am in a deficit
    Week 3: 162.2 - Had a woosh :)
    Week 4: 164.0 - Mini vacation this past weekend. Didn't track properly
    Week 5: 163.8 - Gotta get myself back in gear!

    Stayed the same this week although I am up .08 from my Friday MFP weigh-in. I'm traveling tomorrow thru Sunday, which usually brings on water weight and feels like a sinus cold is coming on. At the moment I feel like I'm floundering, but I'll push through this too!

    132.4 today. I plateaued for a week, so I think this is just my body catching up. Moving my GW to 130.

    Just minor blips! As long as your larger trend is downward, it doesn't matter what these individual weigh-ins are. We have weeks to go, after all. :) And I feel you on the water weight from traveling. It usually helps to give my body a couple of days to recover before I weigh myself (I hate "sticker shock.")

    Getting a little frustrated at how slow my weight loss has become, despite being pretty strict with logging. Really tough work schedule this last few weeks. Need to see the numbers move a little quicker to stay motivated.
