I'm about a third of the way through my goal hoping to reach the full goal by New Years. The biggest struggle I am facing is keeping up my new routine amidst moving a family of 5! Fun! Good to have this extra support!

It wasn't a full week for me - only 5 days, so numbers are not quite as high as I'd hoped. On the other hand, I'm well aware that the majority of loss this week is water weight. But as long as the numbers stay down, I'm good with that!0 -
