Didn't see it yet thought I would get it going...

Starting Weight: 163
Current Weight: 152
Goal Weight: 135

I'm about a third of the way through my goal hoping to reach the full goal by New Years. The biggest struggle I am facing is keeping up my new routine amidst moving a family of 5! Fun! Good to have this extra support!

    Notes from the week: I'm feeling a little bloated so I think when the bloat goes down, my weight will too. Looking forward to this.

    I'm also only going to log as it pertains to this challenge. I'm simply shooting for the 20 pounds by 2016.

    Loss: 3.4

    It wasn't a full week for me - only 5 days, so numbers are not quite as high as I'd hoped. On the other hand, I'm well aware that the majority of loss this week is water weight. But as long as the numbers stay down, I'm good with that!

    Notes from the week: planning is everything, the days I didn't have a meal planned are the days I ate more calories.

    I am struggling with starting a heavy weight lifting routine and seeing my weight loss slow down. I had to get out the measuring tape in hopes to stay motivated. Good luck everyone!
