First day did not go very well in regards to eating. Trying harder today!

Don't forget to celebrate ANY progress you're making! Don't be too hard on yourself regarding numbers! Maybe the scale only moved a pound. That's ok! That's a pound less than last week! Push yourself harder this week. Reflect on your eating habits and see if there's changes that could be made! Maybe it didn't move at all but were you able to jog further? Do 10 more push ups than normal? Celebrate! Don't beat yourself up. That's the hardest thing I had to learn. You may need to bring it in and focus harder but do not bring yourself down.
