That makes a 1.4 pound difference! If your scale is moving slow or not at all, don't beat yourself up. Especially if you're getting down to the last of your weight loss goals. It's difficult. Just DON'T give up! Keep pushing yourself! Take a minute to review your diet. It could be water. Bloated? Drink MORE water! Take tour measurements and review those. Gauge your progress based on your fitness level and what you can now achieve. Progress is progress! Celebrate yourself!

Yep, I'm retaining a lot of water this week, I'm very bloated. I went up in weight this Sunday but I refuse to let it throw me off. I can see a difference in my stomach already, so I'm happy0 -

7 lbs in 2 weeks, not too shabby! I'm trying to keep my weigh in date consistent (same day, time, clothes, etc.), so I actually weigh in on Thursday and just post here on Sunday. Curiosity got the best of me today and I hopped on the scale this AM and weighed in at 225.5! Hopefully it'll say that on Thursday and maybe at least a half a pound more and I will reach the halfway point...10lbs!
As the end of the year approaches I know this is only going to get harder between vacationing, the holidays, and all the parties that come along with it; I'm not expecting each week to be as successful as these two have been. I'm headed on vacation in November and just hoping I don't gain when I'm away!0 -

The better my eating choices the more I'm realizing I feel better, more energy, not hungry and losing weight. I went off my sugar fast (small binge on pumpkin pie bars) on Friday with friends over and it made my heart race and I felt bad. My good decision ( encouraged by my husband) was to throw out the leftovers. It was a good thing cuz I know I would've eaten more Sat and today too.
Everyone in this group are very positive and inspiring me! Thanks! Hope everyone has a great week.
