    Spent the weekend at a scrapbooking retreat..... now one would not want to spill anything on their beautiful creations so... "no food on the table" really helps. But they served some good meals. I did take my own fruit and vegetables because I am not into pasta and sauces ....

    Weighin tomorrow night at TOPS....

    Back up again this week which I expected as much with traveling last week. I have dropped 2.6 of water retention since yesterday. Hopefully that is what the remainder is and I have a good loss next week. I know I've got to get myself in gear and quit this flip flopping though.

    Only down 0.6 lbs this week, but I had a big family get-together over the weekend for my grandmother's 90th birthday and also got engaged Sunday night, so I'm proud I lost any weight at all!

    Just keep going like you plan to do! Sometimes these dips and fluctuations can be confusing and frustrating, but if your overall trend is downward, then that's all you need. :)

    I honestly don't even know how that happened, I weighed myself so many times this morning just to make sure I was seeing the number correctly. I might change my goal weight for this challenge.
    Anyway I'm super excited for Halloween tomorrow, it's going to be awesome, it's one of my favorite holidays. Well I hope everyone has a Happy Halloween!

    Thank you! We're thinking October 2016, so I have about a year to go! I'm glad I've already made a good start on losing the weight I want to lose! :)
