Mostly raw diet calories?

hi everyone! I'm trying the Raw Till 4 diet approach (raw foods until 4 pm and then have a cooked vegan, low fat dinner) Yesterday was my first day and I just had raw fruits and veggies all day, and then had a big meal of vegan Indian food with rice. I have a ton of energy and feel great!
I was wondering if anybody else eats mostly raw and if you follow mfp's calorie guide. I'm confused about how many calories to eat. I feel great and I really want to give this way of eating a try, but I feel like I need to eat a lot of calories to get full. I'm a little afraid of gaining weight. Any advice?

Hey, im just starting this too. I think in not going to stick to the calorie goals on mfp. Im not going to go crazy though, just eat til im full. Don't wanna be undercarbed! As freelee would say . Good luck with it.0
