Spent the weekend at a scrapbooking retreat..... now one would not want to spill anything on their beautiful creations so... "no food on the table" really helps. But they served some good meals. I did take my own fruit and vegetables because I am not into pasta and sauces ....

Down .4 of a pound since last week. Can't complain about that at all since I haven't been watching what I am eating. Not sure if I will reach my goal by Christmas0

Just keep going like you plan to do! Sometimes these dips and fluctuations can be confusing and frustrating, but if your overall trend is downward, then that's all you need.0 -

I honestly don't even know how that happened, I weighed myself so many times this morning just to make sure I was seeing the number correctly. I might change my goal weight for this challenge.

Thank you! We're thinking October 2016, so I have about a year to go! I'm glad I've already made a good start on losing the weight I want to lose!0
