    Hi all. I'm 60 & disabled / retired. Exercise is just as important to people with chronic illness as other fit folk. Had my Shine since May and really appreciate it's style and functionality. My days of extreme exercise are over. Now I do real life exercise which of course doesn't necessarily register ... like gardening. Would appreciate friends who might accept me as I am.

    Also, anybody know veroshine? She deserves a congratulations on yesterday's 9,000+ points. Can't image what she was up to. Please tell her hi if you're her friend.

    Hi, I've had my 'Shine Speedo' for about 3 weeks now, I use it mainly to track my sleep and swimming. So far it has proved to be pretty accurate. I like the graph feature which sets my goals. Please can I be a friend too?
