Well I am starting my Goal to walk the 10000 steps and loose weight. I have a Pivotal Living Band, which counts my steps so at the end of the night I can have an accurate count with no cheating, my band also has a as I like to call it a get up off my butt reminder that goes off as a silent vibration every 20 minutes. So here is to August and MEETING MY GOAL!0
