Hi. I've been on the workout programs for a bit and have seen changes in my body but now going to start the meal plan too! Would love to get some accountability partners along this journey!

    I am just starting 21 day fix. Do you use shakeology with it?

    I am just starting 21 day fix again. I don't use Shakeology. Its too expensive in Bermuda. I have a substitute thats pretty close and free at work.
