    Had a rough week (and in fact, was UP for most of it), so any loss at all feels like a win. And looking at the big picture, I'm still going in the right direction. About 6 more weeks to loss that 9.2 pounds. :smiley:

    Love this group and the fact that we post our total loss over the challenge time frame - it keeps me motivated when otherwise I might think the result wasn't worth the effort.

    No change for me this week. Holding strong at 184. I'm not super concerned though. I worked hard this week. I'm just finishing "that time" and all of us know how that goes! Not that I've eaten poorly, just really bloated feeling. I may update this mid-week when I'm feeling back to normal!

    Same weight this week, been diagnosed with bronchitis this morning so I won't be back at the gym for another few days still.

    I didn't hit 10 lbs this week (wah wah waaah), but I'm still losing a proper amount of weight per week! Plus, this week was rough - I had Faux Thanksgiving with my family a few states away! I love a road trip, but that meant fast food on top of Thanksgiving food! I'll be working much harder this week to drop down to 10 pounds, or even (gasp) 11?!

    Also, I'm in the middle of marathon training with my husband - we haven't actually registered for a marathon? But it's the principle of the thing; I want to know that I CAN. And boy is it rough, but my legs are starting to feel like ROCKS! :D

    I'm excited to see that nearly everyone is hitting their 10lb+ marks; way to go, everyone!! I'll meet you there a little late! :P

    After two weeks of gaining weight, I finally lost some weight 2.9lbs. Still hoping to reach my goal by the end of the year.

    I was off track for about three weeks, but I've been working hard the last couple of weeks :)

    CHALLENGE START WEIGHT: 239 lbs
    CURRENT WEIGHT: 228.7 lbs
    END OF YEAR GOAL WEIGHT: 218 lbs

    Down 10.3 lbs for the challenge and have another 10.7 to make my goal!
