Thanksgiving can be tough, stay strong, drink lots of water and enjoy yourself. Eat everything you want just eat small. After your meal and even before, take a walk. Enjoy family and friends!

Hanging out in the hospital with my mom. She fell and broke her shoulder and her hip. So not exactly a huge variety of food to choose from. But holding steady - lots of walking.0

I am feeling great. Next week I'm going to try and cut sugar to see how much that helps. I eat chobani yogurts, zone bars, and sugary oatmeals. Also trying to watch my protein more.0
