how often do you weigh yourself and why? I'm just curious what others are doing.

Once a week, I think any more is discouraging (you go up and down throughout the week) and any less is demotivating. I want to know that the scale is doing something!!0

Same. I weigh on Monday morning before I go to work. I tried weighing more often but I drove myself crazy. I may jump on it in the middle of the week if I had a gain, but for the most part it is just once a week.0

I weigh in on Sunday morning once a week, because weight can take at least a week to show real changes I think.0

After watching Dr. Oz and accountability show I weigh every morning and that's working for me. I know it fluctuates a few pounds but if I'm really up it gets me back on track. His thought is to be accountable everyday.0
