    Hello everyone,

This will be my last weigh in. Not a great finish due to going out for dinner
and having chinese food which always has a lot of sodium. So I am reporting a gain and still have my work cut out for me.

Going away tomorrow for Thanksgiving celebration with
    family and friends.

    Good luck everyone!

Just wanted to make sure I put in my final tally with everyone.

This ended up more of a maintenance time for me than a losing time, I did keep logging and I did keep exercising and I got as low as 190. Unfortunately 190 wasn't of the sticky variety. I'll get back there. This is my hardest segment time for weight loss, so overall I am ok with the results. Most of all I am impressed that after anniversary, birthdays and the vacation to New Orleans I wasn't up a full 15 pounds. I should have seen a higher hit on the scale, I truly ate and drank everything in sight without reservation. However, I also walked and biked. The off set of activity must have helped.

I am definitely thankful I did not gain more and I have seen changes in my habits which I hope bode well for an ongoing success with weight management. I will continue to use my tools and work on my progress. I am grateful to have had you ladies on my side during these challenges.

@Eninad...you have done a great job at maintaining especially through the "life" celebrations you experienced. Kudos to you!!

Maybe the Maintenance eating will help me take down 20 in a new challenge? I've always loved your support!

I weighed in today, and was pleased to see I was where I was last week, 178.6. I had plenty of the things I like to eat this time of year. Last night I thew out everything that was left, from Thanksgiving, which wasn't very much. I had several brownies with peanut butter chips left over, that my daughter made, but I have had more than I needed to eat already, they had to go, brownies are one of my favorites. I hope everyone is back on track after the holiday weekend. Janice
