Meals to go

I work rotating shifts and have a busy active family also, so eating right to lose weight is not always convenient. I started cooking and packing meals a few days in advance and keeping healthy snacks like bags of apples, cuties, etc. in my locker at work to keep on track. This has proven to aid in cutting back on the junkfood machine raids. I also have the fitness pal app on my phone so I can always keep myself in check this way also. When prepping meals for work/on the go times I always make them in small portions and group them together in my fridge/freezer for quick grabs. This has helped me to knock of 20 pounds so far. Little steps in the end help make big differences. Keep up the good work!!!
