I am aiming to lose 1-1.5lb a week, by the 6th of March that would take me to 13-19.5lb lost.
to lose 20-30lb for me personally would be too much, my calorie intake would be way too low for way too long.

I have about 25 lbs to lose, ugh these are the hardest.
I'm 28 years old, 5'1 (barely) and weighing in at 155 lbs. 7 years ago I had surgery, was inactive for about a year and shot up to 254lbs. I maintained the high 130's for a number of years and then went back to school and here I am. I'm an RN and lead a pretty active lifestyle, but obviously I am eating too much to be where I want to be. Hoping to share with this group to gain my motivation again; I've been terrible about my workouts lately. Feel free to add me, I keep my diary open and am a diligent logger, even when I pains me to add it in. I think I have a 230+ day streak going, so I'm not going anywhere!0 -
I am trying to lose 20 but I was just in a car accident on the 17th of December and not feeling so great. I have not logged my food in for a week and today is Christmas Eve. Trying not to eat my emotions this day. Happy Holidays to everyone and your families and stay safe.0
