Where do I start?

Hi, My SW is 395 yesterday at the doctor. My GW is 170! I've heard and seen so many opinions on how and what to eat and what kind of exercises to do to maximize my weight loss that I have no idea where to really start. What has worked for the members of this group and what has not? Please help me get started strong. Thank you in advance.

    Meal planning is your first step. Get your breakfast lunch and dinner figured out and track every little thing you put in your mouth. Then start adding sum walking just don't take on to much at once. Food is the first thing to work on.
