    Joined this a little late but like the idea of a pre Xmas start. I am 5 feet 5 inches. 147 is my goal for next Sept. March 8th goal is 172 (20lb)

    Does anyone think we should weigh in more than once? I usually do better with a weekly weigh in, preferably on Monday (helps to avoid that weekend binge). Anyone else?
