Week 2: 202.5 (-2.4 lb)
Week 3: 200.1 (-2.4 lb)

Week 7: 193.2 (-3.6 lb)
Week 8: 191.7 (-1.5 lb)
Week 9: 191.2 (-0.3 lb)
Total Loss: 14.8 lbs!
I've got to say, I'm surprised I lost anything AT ALL this week - I don't know about the rest of you ladies, but this week just flopped me over!! I skipped EVERY run I had scheduled this week (except my long 6 mile run today), I got my period and dove hard into the comfort foods, and I even had almost a half of an entire pizza with my husband last night!
I mean, my gosh, 0.3 lbs lost is kind of a blessing at this point!
I've been hearing a lot of struggling stories that sound pretty much the same; it's getting really hard to maintain the vigor we started out with this late in the game. But my goodness, look around! We've got people just pounds away from a 20lb loss already, we've got people who've lost better than 50 pounds, and we all know @ChandalNicole has almost lost a hundred!! Next week will be our tenth week, and after that it's only a short while until the end of 2015. I hope we head to the end of the year not with anxiety over what we HAVEN'T done, but what we HAVE!!

I splurged at dinner Monday night, we went out with friends for my boyfriend's birthday. I was up on my Tuesday weigh-in, 173! Not a happy sight, so I worked all week at getting that down again. So since Wednesday, I've been trying to cut sugar from my diet, (added sugar) It has definitely helped me make healthier choices this week!

I have 4lbs to reach my 20lb goal for this challenge. I'm so excited but not sure I can lose 4 more lbs this month...but I won't be disappointed if I don't make it. I know I have worked hard. So close to onederland I can smell it...maybe at 205 I will taste it...lol.0 -
Thanks @istarith @laurainottawa I threw in 3 double workout days last week. Not including some mall time for Christmas shopping. I think the consistently moving just helped me burn that extra pound.
I will try to repeat that this week because as of This Saturday I am on vacation mode lol. Well traveling all day Saturday let's see how this vacation plays out for me.0 -

Good for you! Way to stay focused. I struggle with sugar. I feel and eat better without it. When I start -it's terrible.0 -
