    Hi Savannah ~ I try to eat a lot of fruit, cheese sticks, nuts, drink lots of water and try to have a glass of milk every morning with whatever I'm eating. I'm 27 weeks and find this helps keep me from over eating. Also, for dessert, I love to slice bananas and saute in coconut oil and top with cinnamon and honey. Mmmm!

    In my first pregnancy I had gestational diabetes. I really loved the diet they gave me at the time. I was never hungry. Look it up. It required planning and precise eating time. I was eating every hour or so. The diet is actually a healthy diet, one that we should follow on a regular basis. Look it up.
