Morning everyone! Today we are going to do some light exercise and stretch out a bit!
Today's challenge: go for a run or a walk and end with some abdominal stretching!
Cardio is good for you all over and stretching helps relax and cool down the muscles!

I don't know if I'll get the walk in today due to walking around stores for hours yesterday. My legs are killing me lol. Today is a cleaning and wrapping day. But stretching is a must for me everyday for my physical therapy, so I'll throw some abb stretches in there while I'm at it0
