We all need support and a little hand holding while going through treatment or even help for getting a good diagnosis. Living with limited food choices isn't easy for anyone but especially Lymies as we have to eliminate even more foods than the ordinary dieter. The first topic of Conversation: Where are you from and how long have you had Lyme? I have Late Stage or Chronic Lyme, was never diagnosed, never treated until recently. I live in Vermont

    I'm two years in and seeing a naturopath. I also have IBS and other stuff so my diet is really really strict. I often feel like total garbage :( I am from Ontario, Canada :)

    I got diagnosed in October of this year but haven't been feeling well since early summer. I was lucky enough that the first summer I don't spend inside paying video games and instead go hiking and swimming several times I catch Lyme and a co infections :/
