Water challege

As a "back on the wagon" challenge for myself, I'm going to be doing the water challenge again! This helped me tremendously last time and I've been drinking far too much coffee these past few weeks.

So here's how it works! Take your height in inches, that's how many ounces you need to drink in a day. 5'8" = 68 inches so drink 68 ounces of water!

I hope you'll be joining me in this challenge! All the extra water will help keep your belly full too. Full belly of water = less room for cookies! Just sayin! Lol :wink:

    That would be 64 ounces for me but I drink more than that. I cut out sodas a few years ago well except for 1 mountain dew in the mornings at work...it was my coffee. Then I stopped drinking that and started drinking iced coffee....just as bad. Finally I quit that and now all I drink is water. I drink 96 to 112 ounces a day Monday through Friday. On weekends it's a little harder to drink that much.

    All I drink is water, black coffee or tea. I just don't drink much of anything sometimes. That's my struggle!
