As we are short staffed I am presently flipping shifts. So last night I worked til 11pm so I can be back at work 6:30 am. I'm not a 3rd shifter anymore. My husband still is.

Today's goal was to get dressed. Tomorrow there will be outdoor exercise and no eating between meals. January is not just a challenge. It's going to be an adventure
